Karze is named after Kaza/Karze, one of the highest & coldest towns in the remote Spiti valley of Himachal. Situated at an altitude of 11,980 feet, it is host to the highest village of the world called Komic & has one of the toughest terrains. The idea behind naming our brand Karze is that we intend to bring every nook & corner, even the most inaccessible mountain areas of Himachal to your doorstep. A place like Karze which has such limited accessibility, we are trying to connect that too, to the rest of the world & giving the people there, a platform to showcase their produce & creations. Through Karze, we aim to bring even the smallest of villages & towns of Himachal to your homes through our range of products & offerings.

At Karze, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full refund or exchange of a product bought on our website is possible if
- The product is damaged or there have been some breakages during transport
- The product has an expiry of less than 3 months
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
