Karze is the brain child of Tusharika Goswami, a daughter of a town called Rampur Bushahr, in Himachal Pradesh. Tusharika is an MBA graduate and have worked with several multi-national firms across several metros in India and overseas. Her cumulative experiences & education led her to becoming an entrepreneur by both passion & profession-launching Karze. Tusharika noticed a gap in the easy access & availability of affordable, superior quality, pure local produce and authentic artisanal products in the city and came back to share all that the region of Himachal Pradesh has to offer.
Tusharika returned to her roots to give back to the people of Himachal. It was her long-pursued dream to create a platform to showcase the beauty, goodness & potential of her state Himachal to the rest of the world. A young mother, an entrepreneur and a visionary, Tusharika wishes to reach out to the people across the world and introduce them to some of the state’s finest produce & creations & empower the farmers, artisans & zealous rural women of Himachal.

An Entrepreneur, visionary and a true-foodie at heart. Rahul Nagpal spearheads Synergie Hospitality which has introduced several brands from hi-end restaurants, to cloud kitchens and premiere catering services across the country. His expertise in hospitality management comes from a reputed degree at Christ University and over a decade of enriching experience across brands like The Taj Group of Hotels and the Olive Bar and Kitchen, to mention a few.
Rahul also works with several F&B start-ups and has successfully guided and launched a series of top-performing restaurants and bars in the country.
When he’s not talking food, and experiential dining, he’s busy working his skills on his motorbikes, and prefers to unwind with music.
A true visionary, he’s always chasing new dreams and working towards setting new milestones in his space, all while inspiring budding entrepreneurs with his passion and vigor.
